1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resume360 (resume360.in), operated by Pentimenti AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Resume360 provides an AI-powered resume and LinkedIn profile optimization service. Users can upload their resumes and receive AI-generated suggestions for improvement, ATS compatibility scoring, and keyword optimization.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Starter Pack: ₹50 — 1 Resume + LinkedIn Optimization
  • Value Pack: ₹200 — 5 Resume + LinkedIn Optimizations

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

5. Use of Credits

Purchased optimization credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire. Each credit allows you to perform one complete resume or LinkedIn profile optimization.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and suggest improvements to your resume. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview calls, or salary improvements. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any changes to your resume.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your resume content and any documents you upload. Our AI-generated suggestions become part of your document once applied. The Resume360 platform, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of Pentimenti AI.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

Resume360 and Pentimenti AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it for eligibility and process details.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
